After 46 years, Pinky's Pizza closed its doors on Sunday,
August 31st, 2008.
One of the last original family pizzerias, Pinky's was often referred to by its patrons as "the Cheers of Walnut Creek." In addition to serving up great food, it became the social hub for many; an oasis in a desert of stripmalls.
